Processgear partnered with Ballyfermot Pharma – Ireland to modernize and streamline its operational infrastructure through workflow automation, centralized operational systems, and scalable process management. We did EOS implementation with resturant company, involing teh whole learship team in it, issues lists, KPI scorecards, goals tracking, L10 meetings and processwikis for company is also involved, we also implemented end to end task management of their pharmacy and a housekeeping system for and staff task tracking, ranking dashboards for performance tracking, financial forcasting, ongoing and core busienss consultancy
